Stress and Anxiety is a feeling of intense worry or fear in the absence of any obvious danger. Short anxieties are short-lived and disappear whereas prolonged anxiety can bring illness. In order to deal with stress and anxiety, both the mind and body must be treated. Tension associated with stress is mainly stored in muscles, diaphragm and nervous system. And when these areas are relaxed, your stress automatically gets reduced.
